These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the use of all parts of the Website, including its mobile version, (hereafter referred to as the "Website") created by European Petrochemical Association, a nonprofit (AISBL) incorporated under Belgian law, registered with the Belgian Commercial Register (BCE) under n°0408.299.92, with registered address at 270 avenue de Tervuren, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgium, and with email address communications@epca.eu (hereafter referred to as “EPCA”).

By using the Website, you (as a User) fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions that apply thereto and undertake to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from making any use whatsoever of the Websites.

EPCA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting amended Terms and Conditions on the Website. Such amendments take effect on the date on which they are posted. Users are entitled to object to them within two weeks of posting. Continued use of the Website or its services constitutes acceptance of the changes concerned. If a user explicitly objects to any new terms and conditions, EPCA is entitled to revoke his access rights.

Restricted Access Area

Some of the services available on this Website require prior registration. Users must provide correct and complete information when registering, and update it if necessary. They must not misuse any access authorization granted to them (for example by transferring data to unauthorized third persons).

Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password to prevent unauthorized access to that account. Users must take all necessary steps to keep their password secure and must inform the EPCA without delay at communications@epca.eu if it is being or could be used without authorization.

Special terms and conditions may apply to the services offered on the restricted part of this website (hereafter referred to as "Special Terms and Conditions"). If the Special Terms and Conditions deviate from these General Terms and Conditions, the Special Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Data protection

The information the Website automatically collects include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform, the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, though, and from our Website, including date and time. This site and its content are subject to the copyright and other property right of EPCA. Any copy, adaptation, change, translation, rearrangement, publication, lease or any other type of use of all or part of the Website, in any form or on any medium, whether electronic, mechanical or other, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from EPCA.

EPCA provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license for an indefinite period of time to download the contents of the Website for the sole purpose of consulting those contents on one computer. This license may however be revoked at any time, without a reason having to be given. You may print out one copy of the contents of the Websites, provided this is for your own use and the contents are not changed in any way.

The provision which is entirely or partially null, invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed as unwritten, while all other provisions shall remain fully applicable. The provision declared invalid shall then be replaced by another provision with the same effect.

Any failure or delay in exercising a right shall not be construed as an abandonment thereof. Any failure to exercise a right or only partially exercising a right does not preclude that right or any other right resulting from these Terms and from being exercised later.

Belgian law shall apply to the Website and associated services.

The Brussels courts shall have sole jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Website and associated services.
