It is time for us to uplift the voices of women everywhere — those who hesitate to speak up about bias in the workplace and outside of it, and those who are actively advocating against it.
8 March is an excellent moment for all of us to reflect on and celebrate the strides made in women empowerment globally. Together, we can take it further and build a more #inclusive and #sustainable future for the #petrochemicalindustry.
In support of this year's theme, the Talents of Today Leaders of Tomorrow (TTLT) team at EPCA explores what it means to #BreakTheBias as part of the #LeadershipReimagined initiative.
Over the coming weeks, EPCA’s TTLT has prepared a new line-up of interviews. After the successful campaign of women leaders sharing their stories, it’s time to see how men support and are breaking the bias for a more inclusive and fair workplace as well as society, going beyond commemorating just International Women’s Day once a year.
