Born in 1982, Luca, on top of being proud husband and father of two children, who are a constant source of inspiration, is now leading the Integrated Supply Chain at Versalis S.p.A., the chemical company of Eni SpA. With over 15 years of experience entirely within the organization, he has held strategic roles in marketing, global sales, and technical management, particularly in the polyethylene, polystyrene, and base chemicals businesses.

Holding a degree in Industrial Chemistry and an MBA from Bologna Business School, Luca has developed a systemic view of the value chain, contributing to the optimization of end-to-end processes and the alignment of commercial and operational strategies. His career path has included leading multidisciplinary teams and driving innovation through product portfolio development and technical service.
