EPCA Returns to Berlin for the 59th Annual Meeting in 2025

Building on the success of this year's event, the 59th Annual Meeting will once again be held in Berlin, Germany, from 22 to 25 September 2025. The decision to return to Berlin for the second consecutive year reflects several strategic considerations by our Board of Directors, all aimed at enhancing the overall experience for our members and partners. This is in line with our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

The EPCA Annual Meetings are large-scale events, spread across multiple hotels and venues, requiring extensive logistical coordination. Changing locations each year requires our attendees and member companies to navigate new venues, transportation systems and service providers. By returning to a familiar city like Berlin, we can streamline processes, ensure greater efficiency and allow attendees to focus on the event content and networking opportunities.

Repeating the location also allows us to explore new formats and logistical arrangements as we experiment with potential solutions for future events.

EPCA is committed to evaluating whether repeating cities can provide long-term benefits to our members, and Berlin provides a perfect opportunity to test this approach.
