Annemieke is an experienced HR professional with more than 25 years of experience in recruitment and strategic HR. Currently, as Senior Business Partner for Operations & Projects at VTTI in Rotterdam, she works closely with the COO and operational leadership to implement effective people strategies, drive talent management and improve overall employee engagement.

With a proven track record as interim CHRO at Stolt-Nielsen, Annemieke successfully managed executive relationships and led global strategic HR initiatives. Her previous role as Global Strategic HR Business Partner for Stolthaven Terminals involved overseeing employee relations, performance management and global projects.

Throughout her career, Annemieke has demonstrated extensive expertise in corporate recruitment with previous roles at Dockwise and Undutchables Recruitment Agency.
