EPCA is refining its member value proposition, inviting feedback at the Annual Meeting, and welcoming a wave of new member companies to its global community.
Board of Directors Highlights
In August, a workshop brought together the EPCA Executive Committee, a dedicated communications group, and the EPCA team to further define the key elements of our value proposition to members. This work builds on the member survey conducted in January and February of this year, as well as ongoing discussions with the Board of Directors, member representatives, and the broader EPCA community.
At recent Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings, the changing environment facing our industry and its implications for our members were recurring discussion topics. In response, EPCA is reviewing how to continue providing relevant and practical support to our members in this changing environment.
The EPCA team is now assessing which new or improved services could best respond to members’ needs, create practical value, and strengthen engagement across our community. We are also considering how these services can be introduced and developed in the period ahead.
Member input will continue to be an important part of this process. As we plan the next phase of our services and activities, we encourage members to share their perspectives, experiences, and expectations with the EPCA team. The more consistently we hear from members about the same needs, priorities, or areas where EPCA could provide additional support, the better we can identify where to focus our efforts. Your feedback will help us ensure that EPCA’s offerings continue to reflect the needs and priorities of our members.
