Andrea has more than 10 years of experience in logistics and sales, and currently works as Area Sales Manager at LKW Walter in Austria. In this role, which she has held since 2018, Andrea is responsible for acquiring and managing key accounts, conducting negotiations, and developing customer-specific solutions. She is also responsible for evaluating key performance indicators (KPI), trend analysis and market observation, while organizing events and traveling throughout Europe to meet with business partners.

Previously, Andrea worked as Business Development Manager at LKW Walter, where she contributed to the company's strategic positioning in the intermodal logistics sector, especially on the routes between Romania, Hungary and the Benelux region. She also has extensive experience as a Transport Manager, overseeing the daily planning of international road and intermodal transportation, optimizing operations and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Andrea's background in sales and operations began in Romania at International Insurance and Broker SRL, where she held various positions from 2009 to 2012, including Operations Manager. She holds an MBA from the Westfälische Hochschule in Germany, with a focus on leadership and innovation management, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Lucian Blaga University. Fluent in Hungarian, Romanian, German and English, Andrea brings a multicultural perspective and strong communication skills to her work in the logistics industry.
