What we focus on

We bring together member companies to share best practices, commission research and develop practical guidance on leadership development. A particular focus is placed on the skills needed to lead multigenerational, inclusive teams; to manage through uncertainty; and to drive the cultural and operational changes that the industry's transformation demands.
