Birthe Neding is a seasoned supply chain and logistics management professional with more than two decades of experience in the field, including more than 16 years with HELM AG. In her current role as Director of Supply Chain Central Europe, she leads a team of 95 people across Europe. 
Previously, Birthe was Director of ICS Supply Chain Central Europe, where she built and led a new unit and team with a centralized approach and unified processes. She was responsible for the rollout of SAP across the region. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Birthe co-founded the Women@HELM network in 2022, advocating for female empowerment within the company. She is also a certified New Work Facilitator and actively participates in global networks such as the Executives Global Network and the Nushu Female Business Network.

Fluent in German and English, with a working knowledge of French, Birthe combines her technical expertise with a passion for sustainable and forward-thinking logistics solutions.
