Carine joined Dow in 1999 as an account manager for the Epoxy & Intermediate business in Paris, France. In 2005, she moved to the United Kingdom as a commercial excellence specialist, identifying and implementing margin optimization projects.  In 2008, she returned to the Dow Paris´s office as an account manager for the lubricants, pharmaceutical and food processing market segments. In 2014, she moved to Dow Pharma & Food Solutions as Account Manager in charge of key customers.  In 2015, she was named Marketing Manager for Lubricants, Fuel additives & Textiles market segments, and Global Segment Leader for Fuel Additives. Carine participated in the 2019 EMEAI Dow Sustainability Academy in collaboration with the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership. She was named to her current position in 2020 as Senior Customer Manager for Dow Industrial Solution in France.

Carine holds an MSc in Chemistry from CPE Lyon (France) and the University of Kent (UK) along with a Master in International Project Management from ESCP Europe Business School in Paris.  Additionally she is STEM ambassador and focal point in France.
