Cecilia García Espiña is Project Manager Dry-Bulk at Bertschi AG (Switzerland), where she focuses on the design and implementation of complex logistics solutions, the development and maintenance of strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and where she contributes to data analysis and business intelligence initiatives. Her role spans customer care excellence, logistics operations and process optimisation and digitisation, providing a cross-functional perspective on supply chain performance and transformation.
Cecilia has over 14 years of experience in international trade and transport across maritime, multimodal and air logistics, as well as several years of experience in process redesign, digital transformation and change management within the chemical logistics ecosystem. Her professional background combines operational supply chain roles with business development, IT product ownership, and project management in international environments.
She holds an MBA, a Master’s in Maritime Law, Business and Port Management, and degrees in translation and computational linguistics. In parallel to her industry career, Cecilia has been a senior lecturer and programme coordinator in international trade for chemical goods. Her multidisciplinary background and experience working across functions and countries make her a valuable contributor to EPCA’s Talents of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow (TTLT) committee and its work on talent development, skills, and future leadership for the industry.
