Diana has been with Bertschi for over five years, starting as a Customer Service Administrator in April 2019 before progressing to the role of Tender Manager in July 2020. In this position, she analyses customer inquiries and collaborates with procurement and disposition teams in order to prepare customer offers. She was promoted to Deputy Head of Quotations in November 2022.

She has a background in Employment Relations and Social Insurance Expertise from the University of Szeged and in Tourism Specialist Management from the University of Pannonia. She is fluent in Hungarian, German, and English.
