Eileen started her journey in the Petrochemical industry during her MBA internship at Dow Chemical China. Upon graduation, she worked as Marketing Manager for DuPont China. In 2012, Eileen joined LyondellBasell in The Netherlands and held various roles as Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst, Senior Manager PE & PB-1 Export, Commercial Manager Ethylene Europe and Commercial Manager Propylene Europe. 

In her current role, Eileen is responsible for the long-term strategy for LyondellBasell’s propylene business in Europe as well as short term balance to maximize profitability and ensure supply security. 
Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou China, and an MBA from China European International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai.
