Elena became part of the EPCA team in April 2025, working alongside Senior Advisor Lydia Pernal-Stoddart to support the coordination of EPCA's committees and associated event programs. She helps plan the work in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, DE&I, Leadership Development and STEM Advocacy, as well as designing and promoting related sessions at the Annual Meeting.

With a background in languages and international studies and over five years' experience in global organisations, Elena is passionate about continuous learning, collaboration and embracing diverse perspectives.
