Frank's career spans more than two decades in logistics and supply chain management. He is currently Senior Regional Director for Europe at DSV Air & Sea in Zurich. In this role, which he has held since March 2024, Frank is responsible for developing the chemical vertical within the division. He leads a team of seven, oversees a portfolio of more than 30 accounts, and has full budget responsibility for the vertical in Europe. His work includes developing internal and external strategies to launch new products and services for the chemical industry, leading high-level negotiations, and directly managing key customer relationships.

Prior to his current role, Frank played a key role in DSV's global commercial organization following the company's acquisition of Panalpina in 2019. He was tasked with overseeing top customer accounts and driving DSV's strategic business units, including Air & Sea, Road and Solutions. His responsibilities included global budget management, strategic planning and leading teams across three continents. At Panalpina, Frank had global responsibility for several key accounts in the chemical and manufacturing sectors with a proven track record of success, including managing accounts with annual revenues in excess of 30 million.

Earlier in his career, Frank held various management positions at Panalpina and other major logistics companies, specializing in key account management, contract negotiations and supply chain optimization projects. His expertise in managing large teams and budgets, as well as his experience in developing customer profitability and implementing process improvements, has been a hallmark of his career. Frank has a strong academic background in logistics and international transportation management, with advanced training in supply chain strategy and key account management.
