Heleen is a dynamic manager with over 14 years of experience in the petrochemical industry. Her extensive background encompasses various roles across business development, commercial management and operations.

Currently serving as a Product Manager at ExxonMobil since February 2024, Heleen leads as a Business Team Leader, overseeing profit and loss responsibilities. In her prior role as Commercial Manager for Aromatics Europe, she managed all commercial activities across Europe and the Middle East, overseeing a team accountable for over $1 billion in revenue annually.

Heleen's career trajectory includes other notable positions such as Refinery Business Team Lead, Terminal and Operations Manager, and Sales Manager for commercial airlines. Her expertise ranges from managing offsite operations and facilities to leading marketing teams and driving sales strategies on a global scale.

She has a Master's in Business Engineering from KU Leuven, as well as an Advanced Master in Interdisciplinary Analysis of European Construction from the Université libre de Bruxelles.
