Johan Devos started his career as sales representative with Huktra NV at Zeebrugge, Belgium. He joined Bertschi AG in 1993 as sales representative for Northern Europe and the UK/Ireland. Currently Johan holds the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for the Bertschi Group. He is also a member of the Bertschi Management Steering team.

Johan holds a Bachelor degree as a translator German-English-Dutch as well as a Business Management Degree. He also attended the Sales Management Programme at the Vlerick Business School (B-Louvain)
