She has held various HR roles at Philip Morris International and Lloyd's Register, where she enhanced operational efficiency and developed strategic internal academies. Kristel holds a Post Bachelor in Organizational Psychology and Strategic Employee Development, as well as a BA in Communication Management. Fluent in Dutch and English, she is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and driving innovation in HR practices.
