Lydia joined the team in January 2024 and plays a key role in coordinating EPCA's committees, working groups and associated event programmes. Her responsibilities include the creation and promotion of the Annual Meeting sessions, the implementation of EPCA's strategy and projects in the areas of logistics and supply chain management, diversity, equality and inclusion, leadership development and the promotion of STEM.

With a background in languages and European studies and over 5 years of experience working for international organisations, Lydia enjoys working with people and finding the essence of what makes them tick, which enables her to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
