Rob Wattelé is the Segment Manager Chemistry at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, where he plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between authorities, sector organizations, and industry. With a career spanning over 17 years in the chemical industry, Rob brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Solvay and INEOS Inovyn. His expertise includes operations management, process engineering, and commissioning, making him a valuable asset to the EPCA Supply Chain Committee. 
Rob holds a Master in Maritime Economics and a Master of Chemical Science from the University of Antwerp. As a representative of one of Europe's largest integrated petrochemical clusters, Rob is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation within the industry. His extensive background and passion for improving efficiency and sustainability make him a key contributor to the committee's mission of supporting the industry's transition towards a more competitive and sustainable future.
