Tristan Kahm is working as an HR Business Partner at Evonik Industries, where he is responsible for supporting and advising the leadership team on strategic HR issues such as organizational development, talent management, and HR analytics. With a robust background in human resources and supply chain management, Tristan has held various roles at Evonik since 2018, including Director of SCM Strategy & Integration, Team Lead for Talent Acquisition, and HR Project Manager.

Tristan holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from Ruhr-University Bochum, where he also completed his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Media Sciences. His international experience includes internships and studies abroad, enhancing his global perspective. Fluent in German, English, and Spanish, Tristan is a committed European and strongly believes in European collaboration on both political and economic issues. Outside of work, he enjoys ball sports, backpacking, hiking, and exploring literature on politics and history.
