I hope that each of you has had a restful and enjoyable summer break. It’s hard to believe we’re now already into quarter three of 2022!

The speed of change is fast and gets faster. How we meet the challenges and collaborate is reflected in our 56th Annual Meeting theme From Resilience to Transformation. The fact that we are currently entering a period of a weakening economy, higher inflation and geopolitical tensions, will make this transition even more challenging. Despite this constant change, uncertainty and technological, social, geopolitical and other challenges surrounding us, we see the enthusiasm our members and partners exhibit as we get ready for the event. Right now, our audiences, our businesses, and our communities need you more than ever to restore what they have been yearning for: meaningful, human connections!

Connecting people to inspire and learn from one another is what makes EPCA’s Annual Meeting the biggest business and networking event for the global petrochemical community in Europe. In a world of continued uncertainty, these connections will help us lay the foundation for a better future.
