Over the course of the past two years EPCA’s TTLT members interviewed several industry captains reflecting on how to overcome the current challenges and build a more #inclusive and sustainable future for the petrochemical industry.

On 5 October a round table discussion organised by the TTLT Committee at the EPCA 56th Annual Meeting explored the opportunities raised by COVID-19 for leaders to reshape the future of work and how to strengthen and future-proof companies by building more diverse and inclusive workforce.
Speakers included Luisa Boaretto (DOW), Nicole Brausch (Evonik), Lada Kurelec (SABIC) and Santiago Garcia (Founder of the Future for Work Institute). The session was moderated by Augusto Lopez-Claros, Executive Director of the Global Governance Forum and former World Bank and IMF economist.
