

The Talents of Today Leaders of Tomorrow (TTLT) committee is made up of a diverse group of EPCA Member Companies’ experts who reflect on how to ensure that the Petrochemical industry attracts and retains the best talents needed for transitioning towards a smart, resilient, sustainable and inclusive world.
Under the leadership of the Chairperson Gina Fyffe (Integra Petrochemicals) and the Vice Chair Pilar Rojas (Repsol), the TTLT plays a key role in enabling cooperation among EPCA members by bringing together the best expertise, fostering dialogue and sharing knowledge and best practices. Since 2021 the TTLT split into three thematic subcommittees.
