Ordinary General Meeting (OGM)
The Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) was held virtually on Friday 27th May 2022 and provided members with the opportunity to hear about EPCA’s accomplishments of the past year, receive a report on its finances, interact with other members and the Board, vote on the selection of directors and other issues, and raise questions and issues of concern.
Laying the groundwork for the years to come:
- Responsibility, innovation and solidarity have been the key driving forces for the EPCA Board and Management in defining activities for 2022.
- The pandemic has sparked new expectations, new ways of working, online connections and collaborations that will outlast the COVID-19 period. Therefore, the Board of Directors is reconsidering the strategic and directional foundations of EPCA and is looking into the way forward towards 2025.
Once again, thank you to all of you who attended the meeting. The members approved the financial report 2021, the budget 2022 and membership fee 2023, which remain the same as in 2022.
There is genuine excitement in our community for the 56th EPCA Annual Meeting to be held in person in Berlin! Don’t miss out and plan to attend further details are available here.
