Extra-Ordinary General Meeting

On 22 June 2023 EPCA held an extraordinary OGM, main highlights are:

A rework of EPCA statutes had to be performed in line with Belgian applicable law, where changes to the Articles of Association, the foundation of our Association, were approved. This will allow our association to be prepared for changing environments and requirements in the future and at the same time broadening its membership base.

EPCA leadership changes

On 7th September 2023 Lauren Schulte Kjeldsen has been appointed as EPCA’s new Vice-President. Lauren has been instrumental in driving business growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships Throughout her career at Evonik Industries. With her leadership skills and vast experience in both marketing and supply chain management, Lauren is the perfect fit for EPCA’s Executive Committee and the association in furthering its mission.

Gilles Ripoche, the Global Product Executive of Basic Chemicals at ExxonMobil, has decided to step down from his role on the EPCA board. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to him for his very active participation! And extend a warm welcome to Aurore Nizot.
