EPCA leadership changes

Richard Roudeix was appointed President, and in his first speech as EPCA President, he highlighted the importance of EPCA and his enthusiasm for starting this new venture. He also did not miss to thank Hartwig Michels, the outgoing EPCA President.

Johan Devos assumes the role of Treasurer as of 1st April 2023.

Ordinary General Meeting

On 30th May 2023 EPCA held its OGM, main highlights are:

Accounts, Budgets, Board dismissal and composition were approved. Despite the recent inflation it was decided that the membership fees remain unchanged for the year 2024. Full members continue to pay 3,000.00€ per year and Associate member dues are 1,500.00 € per year.

A rework of EPCA statutes has to be performed in line with Belgian applicable law, we invite all Official Representatives (ORs) of Full Members to support us in this process by attending the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 22nd where changes to the Articles of Association, the foundation of our Association, will be presented for approval.
